The Inlaks Fine Art Awards, 2017

Last week saw the welcoming of the 2017 Fine Art Awardees. It was an honour to have Art Conservator, Anupam Sah deliver the key note speech. He shared insights into the materiality of art objects and the importance of understanding ones mediums when creating works of art. Following the address, the awardees were invited on stage to have one-on-one chats with Anupam and Gallerist Mortimer Chatterjee regarding their practice. The evening ended with a lovely dinner on the magical rooftop of the G5A Foundation.
